Firman has spent his professional career supporting First Nations communities create economic sovereignty through establishing community-based enterprises and business ownership by unlocking equitable economic opportunities. He is a proud member of Serpent River First Nation and grew up in the Robinson Huron Territory.

Wendy is an experienced accounting professional and board member with a demonstrated history of working in construction and renewable energy. Wendy is highly skilled in accounting, finance and operations and uses her expertise to build value and create economic opportunity.

Amber is a proud member of the Tsuu T’ina Nation with an undergraduate degree in Law and Society with a minor in International Indigenous Studies from the University of Calgary and is currently an MBA candidate at Simon Fraser University. Amber is focused on driving Indigenous community ownership in the renewable energy sector.

Konstantin has over 18 years of experience in the renewable energy sector and is a global energy transition enthusiast. He has held positions leading renewable energy project development companies in dynamic energy markets across Europe and North and South America. He is currently responsible for overseeing the design, development and financing of renewable energy solutions across Canada, specifically Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario. Konstantin holds a BBA in International Business Management from United Business Institutes, Brussels accredited by the University of Swansea, UK.

Diego is an Industrial Engineer with a Master’s in Administrative Science. With over eight years of international experience in renewable energy, he is highly skilled in project management, operations, and development of utility-scale projects and commercial construction projects.

Lucas is a seasoned professional in renewable energy project development, currently managing the development of wind, solar, and storage projects across in Western Canada. With a robust background in managing early and mid-stage renewable energy projects, Lucas excels in leading service providers, managing project budgets, and understanding every shifting energy policy to develop sustainability strategies for heavy emitting industries. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Diplomatic and Strategic Studies from the University of Calgary.

Logan has committed his career as a renewable energy engineer to helping remote communities around the world navigate the challenges of the renewable energy transition. A key focus of his work has been in bridging the gap between the cultural, commercial, and technical considerations of these projects. With over a gigawatt-hour of energy storage capacity deployed and in operation, he has developed expertise at all levels of the product engineering and project management lifecycle for renewable energy systems.
